Asterra, a personal project of Vista Land and Golden MV Holdings Inc. Chairman Manny B. Villar, initially aims to address the housing needs of young Filipino professionals and entrepreneurs whose mobile lifestyles make condo living a better fit for them. After all, as they fast-track their careers and pursue myriad interests, condo dwellers have access to perks that do not go with house-and-lot units: ground floor lobbies per building, security features, and warm community ties.
Affordable condo living for everyone
“We understand why condo living has stronger appeal among younger home buyers,” says real estate tycoon MBV, explaining that their lifestyle choices are different from those of the older generation. “They often travel, move around a lot, and barely have time to maintain large households—factors that Asterra will surely address.”
Carrying the tagline “Built for you!”, Asterra’s vertical developments will offer what young individuals and families also need—comfort, convenience, and proximity to leisure facilities.
All Asterra condominium projects will have multiple buildings with four to seven levels, featuring posh design and functional spaces.
State-of-the-art amenities that homeowners will enjoy include a swimming pool, basketball court, fully equipped gym, multiple function halls, walkable open spaces, and parking areas.
